Cafe Oasis

We come here quite often and tend to have a great experience, but the last few visits haven’t been great. Today we came in, and no one greeted us for about 20-30 minutes. We went up and let them know we were ready, as there was no one else being tended to at that moment and the two employees were just standing behind the counter. We asked for some waters and the soup, and they said okay. Another 15-20 minutes went by and still nothing, so we again asked for the water and the soup while both employees were just standing behind the counter. We got the waters and the soup about 10 minutes after that. After another 10-20 minutes we were able to order our food. One of my friends has dietary restrictions and asked for white rice and chicken, no sauces on the chicken just cooked. They said okay, asked about it again, and then said the chef refused. I would understand if it was a big change to a menu item, but come on. All we asked for was white rice and chicken. It took awhile for our food to come out, with the two employees hardly checking in. The food was okay today, but still wasn’t the quality that we’re used to. I hope the shop owners take time to read the reviews and make Cafe Oasis a place we look forward to coming to again.

So let's take a minute and talk about this hidden gem: the place is spacious yet intimate, the music is great, and the customer service is top notch...but the food!? 1)The Egg Drop Soup is complimentary and delicious! Perfect if youre needing something warm and soothing 10/10.. 2) the chicken mixed vegetables and rice is ....D..E..L..I..C..I..O..U..S..if you're ever in the area...STOP by this place..you wont regret it.

I like this cafe, It’s next to Super Cao Nguyen, the atmosphere is pretty zen. The owners are friendly, welcoming! I like their smoothie, and you can add tapioca balls in, it’s very good! Egg rolls are crispy and hot, I love it! Flat rice noodle is a-bit off, it has a strong white pepper flavor, hopefully next time it comes out better! Very reasonable priced!

This place has a really chill vibe. We came for the drinks but there are some delicious looking food options too. The smoothies and coffee are really good. So many options. This is a great spot to meet and hang out with friends or enjoy a quite spot to get a little work done. The atmosphere is perfect for both! It's a little hidden but if you can find it, worth the stop!

Great location great food but at the end of the day they will find a way to charge you more than necessary. Greed is not good for business and customers do notice. Appreciate that this Cafe is trying to go upmarket but it would be nice to feel like we got a fair deal. We don't feel like the prices were at all fair for the items received. Previous owners had it figured out but now some of the pricing is unapologetically and unnecessarily higher than expected. There are so many things that can be done better to make this place great. Maybe its just us and other people love it here. Poor location overall but nice nook feeling. So many ways that this Cafe could be more successful take a good look at your strategy.
